Family photos

Thank you to the Cagney Family for another family session! Documenting this family through the years, with all of their new adventures and growing babies, has been so fun and special. It’s a treat to get photos with Nan and Scratch when they visit from Perth, Australia, for the holidays. Looking at these photos, I hope they will remember Brooks’ obsession with Bluey, which makes her dance and laugh and forget about the stranger crouching in the corner snapping photos. I hope they remember Nan and Scratch playing Uno with Smith and having a tea party with Brooks.

Welcome Brooks

Spring Lake, MI
Family/newborn session- brooks!

Congratulations to the Cagney family!! Welcome Brooks, sweet little girl!

I’ve had the honor of documenting this family throughout the years, and I’m so grateful to be a part of their new adventures, and to give them some lasting memories. Smith is 3yrs old now! Man, time flies. Big brother is super friendly, talkative, and excited about everything. Little sister was beautiful bundle of sleeping pink when I walked in, and she was a trooper during this session. Brett and Karri were laid-back and cool, having fun and cracking jokes, just like always.

Doggie Photo Session

Plymouth, MI

Well, Bebe Girl is getting older and so it was time to have a mini family photo session. Bebe (Shar Pei/Boxer mix) and Louie (Beagle) kind of ran this session… ;) These beautiful people are my family and Bebe is loved by many.
It was so good to see her again, and my cousins, aunt and uncle, after a verrryyyy long pandemic. We shared dog stories and beagle tales… I love that Louie is sometimes called by his full name, Louis Arnold, when he’s being bad! Ha ha!! It did come out in this session…
Bebe is grayer, slower, and calmer now in her old age. I remember her as a puppy laying on my tummy watching TV. I’m so glad she’s had such a good home and a loving family all these years.
Please check out some images from the mini-session:
